Shen brings extensive experience from leading global consulting firms including McKinsey, EY and Deloitte, where he has driven AI transformation initiatives across banking and financial services. He consulted for global banks such as Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, Nordea, Bank of Ireland etc with deep expertise in enterprise data & AI strategy, multi-agent systems, and value realization. Shen has helped world-class multinationals navigate their journey towards AGI with measurable ROI and sustainable transformation.
Demir has served leading organizations across dozens of industries and geographies, with particular expertise in banking AI transformation and enterprise technology. Before embarking on a career in management consulting, Demir held roles at BNY Mellon, Daiwa Securities, and Thomson Reuters, working across Equity Research, Investment Accounting, and Risk Management. As a management consultant, he has since advised leading banks and asset managers on post-merger integration, regulatory compliance, and automation initiatives spanning their securities and customer data ecosystems. Demir now specializes in banking AI transformation bridging innovation and enterprise value to help financial institutions achieve measurable ROI from their technology investments.
